什么是妊娠纹(Stretch Marks)？

妊娠纹（体纹）又称膨胀纹，萎缩纹，它是属于疤痕的一种，多发于妊娠期，青春发育期的女性及身体突然发胖或长期应用皮脂类，胆固醇类激素的患者，以及减肥后或手术后留下的难看体纹的女性。其外露于皮肤表层，多发在腹部，腰部，臀部，大腿内外侧、胸部及手臂等处。初产妇最明显，一旦出现妊娠纹就不会轻易消失，并且会伴随皮肤松弛、乳房下坠、腹部脂肪堆积，严重影响了妇女产后的体态和身心健康。

妊娠纹的形成原因

The amino acid network helps build skin tension and elasticity, in order to maintain its flexibility and resilience. Medical experts have found that the formation of stretch mark is due to the secretion of a large amount of glucocorticoids from the adrenal gland during pregnancy, which increases the fragility of the amino acid network. When it exceeds a certain limit, it will break the amino acid network. The cracking of the skin surface will lead to pink or purple-red irregular stretch marks. The marks will gradually fade to a silvery white colour after the birth.
